Trailer is relatively light for its size. 
This is a great floor plan for a family with children.  It has an electric tongue jack to assist you with leveling at the campsite. 
A nice sized awning can block the sun and elements from you so you can be outside. 
This is a very well built travel trailer with very few miles on it.
Our needs have changed.
